Dr. King really makes you feel comfortable and he was great. You feel at home in the office. It was a bit difficult getting my contacts due to the office hour. They seem to close early when they don't have patients. I have VSP insurance and I'm supposed to get a discount, but it didn't seem like I did. The staff was not that helpful and at times it seemed like I couldn't get help when I needed. Due to the customer service I left. You see the optometrist once a year and you work with the staff all year. If I'm not being helped and it seems a bit difficult to get an answer then I take my business elsewhere.
